A Customer with a Vision
We recently had the pleasure of working with a customer who wanted to refresh both their downstairs WC and main bathroom with something elegant, distinctive, and long-lasting. After exploring a few design options together, they chose two stunning products from the Amtico Signature range.
- For the WC, they selected Amtico Signature Keystone Mini DC590, a beautifully intricate geometric design that adds instant character to a smaller space.
- In the bathroom, they opted for Amtico Signature DC595, laid on the diagonal for a striking, high-end finish that draws the eye and adds a sense of movement to the room.
The Right Prep for the Perfect Finish
At Barnes Flooring, we know that expert preparation is just as important as the flooring itself. For this project:
- We installed a latex screed in the bathroom to create a smooth, even surface for the LVT to adhere to.
- In the WC, we fitted flooring grade plywood to provide a secure, long-lasting base before the Amtico tiles were laid.
These behind-the-scenes steps make a huge difference to the overall look and durability of the finished floor.
